So sometimes when I study or am watching TV I just aimlessly munch on any food in my possession any advice on how not to do that or ideas of what to do instead?
Maybe keep healthy snacks around? I like to much on radishes or air popped pop corn. An apple with peanut butter or nutella is tasty too.
