I think it depends on the person. If you’re a morning person, mornings is the best time to exercise. I am not a morning person, so I work out in the evenings. I get very tired after working out, so those days that I work out I tend to sleep better. I have worked out in the mornings before but I just get too tired by the time the afternoon rolls around.
As long as you are consistent with your workouts and can adapt to the time of the day you exercise, it will help with maintaining a healthy weight.
I have found that what works best for me is to sign up for a walk/run, that way I have a goal and know I have to train in order to do well to not end up getting hurt on the walk/run.

Anyone have any advice on how to help me get into the swing of it?
