I have an idea. Do you like (love) pasta, but shun it due to its gluten content? If so, I have a work around for you. It’s called Konjac Noodles (http://www.konjacfoods.com). They are gluten free, have no carbs, are soy free, sugar free, calorie free. They are 100% soluble fiber. They are a bit more chewy than regular pasta, but you can make them in your microwave, add some sauces, or garlic/butter, salt & pepper (definitely salt & pepper). I’d love to know what you think of them. Here is another post on this topic.

LikeDislikeI don’t know if you have a Trader Joe’s near your campus, but they have a few gluten free snacks that are healthy. My favorite is the gluten free seaweed snack. It comes plan (just salted) or with a wasabi flavor. It’s like eating a potato chip, but without the potato!
